Mental health disclaimer

Updated 1 November 2026

ginhawa is a student wellbeing and self-awareness support tool. The website is a product demonstration. Neither provides medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, crisis monitoring, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Assessment results are not diagnoses

Self-assessment scores reflect self-reported answers and are intended to support reflection. A score or category alone cannot establish a mental health condition or determine what care a person needs. Results can vary with circumstances and should be understood in context.

Guidance is a starting point

General recommendations are wellbeing suggestions. AI recommendations can be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for your circumstances. They do not provide clinical decisions or guaranteed improvements. No AI is called by this website. The app’s optional AI guidance uses Cloudflare Workers AI when enabled; its use and data handling are explained in the Terms & Conditions and Privacy policy.

Choose activities that feel comfortable

Activities and visual demonstrations are optional. Adapt or stop an activity if it feels uncomfortable. They do not replace individualized advice from a qualified professional.

Consultations require confirmation

The app’s consultation feature supports scheduling requests, subject to guidance personnel availability and confirmation. Website screenshots do not book appointments. The website does not provide clinical support or monitor messages.

When immediate help is needed

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. If you need support beyond self-guided activities, speak with a qualified mental health professional or someone you trust.

About the project

ginhawa was developed as a BSCS capstone for tertiary students at STI College Caloocan. The project has been validated by STI College Caloocan Guidance Associates. This does not establish clinical validation or approval for institutional deployment.
